Meet The Team
Manoj Gandhi

Co-Founder & CEO
Manoj has more than 22 years of management and leadership experience in all facets of service delivery, technology consulting, business development, proposal creation, capture planning, and operational management. Prior to founding NextGen IT Services, Manoj led P&L, strategic direction, growth, and management of Salient CRGT’s Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) consisting of clients such as the U.S. Postal Service, Department of Commerce, Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp, Government Printing Office and the Department of Homeland Security.
Manoj holds a B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College (JNEC) in India. He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from George Mason University in Virginia. Manoj also maintains a PMP certification and holds a PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)® credential.
Nidhi Gandhi

Co-Founder and CFO
Nidhi brings over 20 years of management and leadership experience. Prior to founding NextGen IT Services, she worked for AOL, Nextel-Sprint and Atlantic Airlines. Nidhi has extensive experience as a Software Solution Architect, Designer, and Developer.

Nidhi holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance. She also holds an Associate Degree in Information System Technology, with a specialization in Application Development.
David Lee

Chief Talent Officer
David is a seasoned talent recruiter who focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. David’s most recent position before NextGen IT Services was serving as the Regional Director of Talent Operations for Salient CRGT, providing full lifecycle staffing support and leadership across three business units. Prior to Salient CRGT, David worked for Wells Fargo.
He holds his Bachelors in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Marketing, from Radford University.
Advisors
Zvi Huber
Zvi is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Brainworks, an artificial intelligence company in the health-tech space. Prior to Brainworks, he was CFO at Sfara, a machine learning mobile app developer joint venture with Verizon and Mercedes Benz for auto and personal safety. He also was President of Stellar Satellite Communications for Orbcomm, working on satellite-linked IoT modules.
He received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MS in System Engineering from Lehigh University.
Lars Dyrud, Ph. D.
Lars is currently the CEO of EarthOptics and was formerly the Founder and CEO of OmniEarth, both of which focused on machine learning analytics. He has successfully built diverse teams and delivered complex projects, and is a public champion for the benefits of science, automation and machine learning, and block-chain in agriculture, environment and property.
He was a Fulbright Scholar at Oslo University and received his Ph.D. from Boston University in supercomputing plasma physics.
